HVAC System
- The building is serviced by (2) chillers (1) 700 ton Carrier unit and (1) 500 ton Trane unit, with full redundancy (each unit is capable of cooling the entire building independently).
- The building has two (2) fan systems that are equipped with MERV 13 filtration.
- All systems are controlled by a building automation system, eliminating the need for manual control.
- The automated system continuously monitors outside air temperature and humidity and adjusts the HVAC system accordingly.
